Transport
Postage within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is free. We send parcels via the Zásilkovna service, with delivery time being 2–4 working days from receipt of payment to our account. For shipments outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we use the DPD service. The price of postage and packaging is CZK 400. We deliver in this way to Germany, Austria, Poland, France, Belgium and Italy. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and ranges between 4 and 10 working days.
Seller's account number: 3383540349/0800 held at Česká Spořitelna. The goods are sent within 3 business days of receiving payment to our account or completing the order. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the payment must be credited to us no later than 3 business days from the date of sending the electronic order. If the buyer does not transfer the amount for the order within the specified period (3 business days), the buyer will be notified of this fact by e-mail. After another 3 business days, when the payment from the buyer is not credited to the seller's account, the order will be rejected without further action. The seller is not liable for any damage caused by the rejection of the order due to non-payment of the purchase price.
All prices for both goods and shipping fees are listed with 21% VAT. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered, the seller will contact the buyer immediately. In the event that the buyer cannot be contacted, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
We will attach a tax document upon request. Along with information about the price of the goods, the buyer will also receive instructions on how to care for the goods and the conditions for complaints.
